Cancellation policy:

Missed appointments are defined as those for which a client does not show up or the client shows up more than 20 minutes late for their appointment.

If you are unable to keep our appointment, it is the policy of the salon that you call, email, or text to reschedule your appointment 2 business days prior to each scheduled appointment time. Our normal business hours are Tuesday - Friday 10a - 6pm, and Saturday 7am - 3pm. Cancellations must be made during these times. Voicemails, text and emails will be accepted for the days we are closed (Sunday/Monday).

We require deposits for all new clients and add-in hair appointments.

Styles for natural hair require a $35 deposit. Styles with added hair require a $75 deposit. 

No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is made. 

 Request to cancel or reschedule after the 2-business day policy will result in the deposit being changed to a No Show/48-hour Cancellation fee.

Please be advised that our waiting room is closed to parents.
If you plan on waiting for your child, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car.  

Please note there will be an additional fee, starting at $25, for children with hair at/past the middle of their back.
Please add the "Long Hair Fee" when booking.

We do not provide the hair for styles requiring added hair.

Sunday and Monday appointments are now available for an additional $25 fee.​

The credit card you put on file will automatically be charged the required fee due to book the appointment.
