Please Read

Your appointments are very important to the Tender Headz team! We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment and No Call, No Shows will automatically be charged a $35 fee for natural hair, $75 fee for Add-ins, to the card on file. Also note that there is a 20-minute grace period on all appointments. If the grace period is not met, you will be subject to rescheduling or be converted into a walk-in client.

(The fee will still apply)

All hair must be taken down prior to services unless a takedown appointment has been scheduled. When scheduling a takedown please try to arrive 1 hour prior to the appointment.

WE DO NOT PERFORM TAKE DOWNS ON THE FIRST CLIENTS OF THE DAY!
